Lisa Alter Krule, 57; wonderful and beloved wife of Michael; devoted and loving mother of Dr. Alex and Eli; cherished sister of Barbara Snyder and Joel (Hilary) Alter; treasured sister-in-law of Elaine (Dr. Isaac) Daniel; Larry Krule (Susan Fader) and Lesley Zaretsky; dear daughter of the late Elex and Freda Alter; amazing aunt, cousin and friend of many. Lisa was passionate, inspirational, compassionate and extraordinarily kind. A true friend and respected professional. Her memory will forever be a blessing. Chapel service Sunday, 11:30 AM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. Bryna and I extend our condolences from Jerusalem on Lisa z”l’s untimely passing. I will always remember her great passion for Judaism as she shared it with so many young people over the years in her work in USY locally and nationally. She will have an influence upon them for many years to come. I always enjoyed our meetings and conversations. She will be missed by all.
